2020 has been a difficult year for everyone within the care sector. Every part of the UK has been affected and continues to be so. Able Community Care with clients and carers throughout England, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands have, through a combined effort from everyone associated with the company, weathered the storm and everyone is safe and has had care support in place.
