Is your Live-in Care Support available in every part of the UK?
We cover the whole of the UK including the offshore islands.
Do you charge extra for payment by cheque as I do not do online banking?
No, happy to have payments in the form of a cheque as well as via online banking or debit/credit card over the phone.
Do you have an ‘On Call’ system and is it accessed via a Call Centre?
Yes, we have an ‘On Call’ system but it is manned by our own Care Managers, not outsourced.
Am I likely to have the same live-in carers and do I have a choice of whom I have in my home?
Yes, it is our objective for all our clients to have a rotational system of carers whom you are happy to have on a returning, rotational basis.
If I ask for a cost of a week’s, long- term live-in care support, can you offer me an inclusive cost, i.e. what is the wage paid to the carer, what financial part is your fee, etc?
Yes, the weekly cost of all parts of the financial quote, would be transparent and explained to you.
